He communicates most effectively by using emails to send detailed quotes for work to be completed, appointment reminders and invoices/ receipts. We weren't able to actually follow through with the window cleaning but Rowan was great to work with. His quote was divided by service so that you could easily pick what service you wanted and know its costs, the prices were reasonable, and he was prompt about giving a quote and getting back with you.

The 2 young men who came to my home to wash the windows did a wonderful job. The windows are now crystal clear, revealing the gorgeous mountain views. I had a problem after they left with one window and the owner, Rowen, came over and fixed it ON A SUNDAY! You very rarely see customer service like this anymore. All of the people I dealt with were super nice. Nice people, excellent work and work ethic, and fantastic customer service. Great experience.

All I can do is add to all the other glowing reviews and say they are all true! Rowen and his team just left our home and did an incredible job cleaning our windows! Our house is only a year old and I didn't realize just how dirty the windows were! I cannot believe how clean they are now!! I can enjoy our beautiful views even more. The work that Rowan did on our windows is INCREDIBLE!! I cannot believe how clean they are. We have recently moved into a 50 y/o house that had white paint overspray on all the windows. Rowan successfully removed the paint and cleaned the windows inside and out. They sparkle!
